Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 April 2026 · Private beta

Placeholder — to be finalized by counsel. This is a working draft for the private beta period. The final, legally reviewed version will replace this content before general availability.

What we collect

ΩSUITE collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our early access form: name, work email, company, role, and the free-text description of your use case. No tracking cookies are used beyond what is strictly required to operate the form.

How we use it

Submitted information is used solely to evaluate your access request and to communicate with you regarding the platform. We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored as private records in our internal tracking system (a private GitHub repository hosted in the EU). The website itself is served via Vercel infrastructure. No personal data is processed outside the EEA without your explicit consent.

Retention

We retain your submission data for as long as your access request is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us through the early access form.

Your rights (GDPR / EU residents)

You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the early access form.

Cookies and third-party connections

This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies for security and form functionality — these are always active and exempt from consent under EU law (Provvedimento Garante 10/06/2021).

All typography fonts (Inter, Nunito Sans, JetBrains Mono, Cormorant Garamond) are self-hosted from the same domain (osuite.finance). No third-party CDN connections are made, no IP addresses are transferred to external services, and no analytics, advertising, or marketing tracking cookies are placed on this domain.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated to active access-request contacts via the email address you provided.
